At Metropolitan Dance Alliance we approach dance as an activity that will bring enrichment to many areas of your life.  Dance provides an outstanding creative, physical and social outlet for all ages.

We have a well rounded dance program that develops skills, self confidence and team work.  We offer classes to all ages and levels.  Our classes consist of competition companies and performing groups as well as our regular classes that attend one time a week.  Each student has the opportunity to participate in our year-end recital.  We hold Summer classes as well as our regular dance season which runs September through May. 

With a fantastic staff that loves to work with children, our program is designed to bring all the students to a performing level.  We have talented teachers that can teach all styles of dance such as ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, musical show and Pointe.  We will provide an environment that will encourage each student to reach their highest potential.  We have produced very successful dancers through solo and group dance.  We nurture our preschool dancers through an educational program that will develop their self-esteem and confidence.

Metropolitan Dance Alliance has been in the Twin Cities / Metropolitan area for 40 years, and have been under new ownership since 1997. 

We take pride in being part of the Shakopee community and believe in the talent here, and in the surrounding areas.
